Rental Requirements

To rent a trailer from BF Trailer Rentals LLC, customers must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Provide a valid payment method
• Have a vehicle capable of safely towing the trailer

BF Trailer Rentals LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time if safety requirements are not met.

Equipment Responsibility

The renter assumes full responsibility for the trailer and equipment during the rental period.

The renter agrees to return the trailer:

• In the same condition it was rented
• Clean and free of debris
• At the scheduled return time

The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.

Prohibited Uses

The renter agrees NOT to use the trailer for:

• Illegal activities
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Overloading beyond rated capacity
• Towing with an unsafe or improperly equipped vehicle
• Off-road use or abusive operation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.

Late Returns

Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

If the trailer is not returned on time and communication has not been made, BF Trailer Rentals LLC reserves the right to take necessary action to recover the equipment.

Equipment Inspection

All trailers are inspected prior to rental.

By accepting the trailer, the renter acknowledges that the trailer is in safe operating condition at the time of pickup.

Payment Terms

Rental fees must be paid prior to the start of the rental period unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges including:

• Damage
• Cleaning fees
• Late fees
• Lost equipment

By renting a trailer from BF Trailer Rentals LLC, the renter agrees to the following liability terms.

Assumption of Risk

Towing a trailer involves inherent risks including vehicle damage, accidents, and injury.

The renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with towing and using rented equipment.

Vehicle Compatibility

It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is:

• Rated to tow the trailer
• Equipped with a proper hitch and ball size
• Equipped with proper wiring and brake controls when required

BF Trailer Rentals LLC is not responsible for damages caused by improper towing equipment or vehicle capability.

Damage Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for all damage to the trailer during the rental period including but not limited to:

• Tire damage
• Bent components
• Electrical damage
• Structural damage
• Loading damage

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter.

Cargo Liability

BF Trailer Rentals LLC is not responsible for damage to vehicles, cargo, or property transported on the trailer.

The renter assumes all responsibility for securing cargo properly.

Personal Injury

BF Trailer Rentals LLC shall not be liable for injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of rental equipment.

Indemnification

The renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BF Trailer Rentals LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from use of rented equipment.

Acceptance of Terms

By renting equipment, the renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
