At BF Trailer Rentals LLC, we reserve equipment and schedule availability based on customer bookings. Because of this, the following refund policy applies to all reservations.

Reservation Deposits

Reservation deposits may be required to secure a trailer rental.

• Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
• Deposits may be transferred to a future rental date if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations

Customers who cancel more than 24 hours before pickup may receive:

• A full refund of the deposit
OR
• Credit toward a future rental

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable.

No Shows

If a customer does not arrive for their scheduled rental without contacting us, the reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Early Returns

Returning equipment early does not qualify for a refund or partial credit.

Equipment Issues

If equipment becomes unavailable due to mechanical or safety issues, customers will receive:

• A full refund of any deposit or payment made
OR
• The option to reschedule the rental

Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact BF Trailer Rentals LLC directly to resolve any issues before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
